WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Most orders are processed within 24 hours or the same business day, excluding holidays.


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY TO BE PICKED UP?

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation email.  If you don’t receive it in a timely manner, please check your spam filters or junk folder.


HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ONLINE ORDER?

Each store accepts payments with most major credit card companies (Visa, MasterCard, America Express or Discover.) When you receive your confirmation email that the order is ready to be picked up, you can call the store directly with your credit card number for contactless payment and curbside pick-up or you can pay in the store when you go to pick up your order.


WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME WHEN I PICK MY ORDER UP?

Please bring a copy of your confirmation email, your credit card and a valid, state-issued ID. Whoever picks up the order must be 21 years of age or older on the pickup date.


CAN I SEND ANOTHER PERSON TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Please specify the person that will be picking up the order during checkout. If you have not paid, they will be expected to pay. See the above two points regarding payment and what to bring.


DO YOU OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP OR DO I HAVE TO COME INTO THE STORE TO PICK UP?

Yes, most stores offer curbside pickup. Simply call the store directly with your credit card information for contactless payment and again when you arrive at the store and one of our team members will bring your order to your car.


CAN MY LOCAL WINESTYLES STORE DELIVER?

Delivery is left to the discretion of each individual store. Please contact your local store directly.


CAN MY LOCAL WINESTYLES STORE SHIP WINE OR BEER?

Please contact your local store directly. Most state laws prohibit retail shipping of alcohol, across state lines or into a particular zip code.


WHY DO SOME LOCATIONS CARRY DIFFERENT WINES THAN OTHER WINESTYLES TASTING STATION STORES?

As we work with several boutique and exclusive wineries, some stores will carry different regional brands which are subject to availability, local pricing and taxes.


WHY ARE SOME WINES AT WINESTYLES TASTING STATION DIFFERENT THAN OTHER RETAILERS?

We specialize in finding unique wines that are only found within small vineyards domestically and internationally. While we carry several national brands, we specialize in finding private and exclusive wines that are unique to WineStyles Tasting Station.


WHAT HAPPENS IF A WINE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?

Due to the limited availability of particular wines, we may sell out from time to time. If the wine label has sold out, we will gladly call you to suggest a similar wine to pair with your meal or occasion.


DOES MY LOCAL WINESTYLES OFFER ANY OTHER PRODUCTS THAN WINE AND BEER?

Yes! Each WineStyles location has different products available in the store from artisan cheese, gifts and accessories, gourmet chocolates and specialty food items for home entertainment. Please contact your local WineStyles to inquire and order.


CAN I ORDER A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

Yes, you can order a gift card in denominations of $25, $50, $75, $100, $200, $300, $400 or $500. If you would like to order a higher denomination gift card, please contact your local WineStyles Tasting Station store directly.


CAN I RETURN MY IN-STORE PURCHASE?

Non-food items may be returned to the originating store listed on your receipt within 30 days of purchase, for an exchange, refund or in-store credit.  Where allowed by local or state law, perishable or alcohol items may be exchanged for same item if spoiled (corked wine), however most states will not allow alcohol to be returned.
